GOVERNMENT HOUSE,
HONG KONG,

(3)
Copysofend. to Aduny (6)
I have the honour to acknowledge the receipt of
your despatch No.427 of 21st October, 1937, on the subject
of the regulation of traffic in Hong Kong Harbour, and to
enclose copies of a minute dated 25th November, 1937, from
the Acting Harbour Master.
2.
This together with the Admiralty letter of
30th September, 1937, which accompanied your despatch
under reference has received the careful consideration
of the local Harbour Advisory Board which is not disposed
to recommend any modification of the existing situation.
I suggest that if any further discussion on
this subject is to be undertaken this might be, as is
proposed in the concluding words of the Admiralty's
letter, dealt with locally.
3.
I have the honour to be,
Sir,
Your most obedient, humble servant,
1. bot. Worthern
Governor.
THE RIGHT HONOURABLE
